Cheryl L.

I haven’t always been so passionate about skin care. I was blessed with good genes, but as I began to get older the effects of sun exposure surfaced – skin care became a must. After graduating from Tyler Jr. College in 1997, I immediately began my nursing career in the field of Dermatology – Skin became my passion. As aesthetics became more mainstream, my love for facial cosmetics developed and I soon recognized the lifechanging effects of facial products and procedures. I dreamed of making a difference and one day owning a Med Spa.

In April of 2013 - we opened Mélange in Rockwall, Texas. Over the years we have grown into a thriving business and the preferred medical aesthetic spa in our area. I love getting to know my clients and I take pride in providing them with the BEST treatment options available. I believe it’s important to begin your skin care journey at an early age and continue throughout your life as your skin’s needs change. Depend on me to provide honest advice regarding your skin care and anti-aging goals. Some of my favorite products include Botox and Juvéderm to prevent and maintain the effects of aging. All products used at Mélange are FDA approved and provide an affordable alternative to surgery.

After raising 2 boys and managing a busy lifestyle as an office manager at a Community Health Center in GA it was time for a change. My husband and I visited our son in Rockwall several times a year for many years and dreamed that one day we would retire here. In January 2020, we decided it was time for me to retire from a busy lifestyle and enjoy the simple things in life and each other. So, our journey began!

After settling in, I realized I was not ready for retirement and started my search for employment. Those of you who know me know I am not one to be idle for long and always like to be busy. I was intrigued and interested in a new opportunity in a field I had not entered before and then I found a position opened with Mélange Beauty. I interviewed with Cheryl and Dave; I immediately had a connection with both. I felt truly blessed to be given the opportunity to work with such amazing people and clients every day. I know God had a plan for all of us and my journey to Rockwall TX and Mélange Beauty was God’s plan for me.

I have learned so much about great skin care and the best products to keep your skin looking beautiful! I am in LOVE with the Diamond Glow treatment along with the VIVA skin tightening treatment and Botox. I only wish I knew about all the great products and treatments earlier in my life.

Hi, my name is Michelle and I'm a Certified Registered Nurse Injector at Mélange Beauty Spa here in Rockwall. I have 25 years of nursing experience in Critical Care. In addition to my job here at Mélange as an Injector, I also work full-time at Texas Health Rockwall in the Cardiac Cath Lab. My career as an RN has been a true blessing and has provided me with so many amazing opportunities. Last year I took a leap of faith to pursue my passion in the health and beauty industry with the help of Cheryl Leclair. Meeting Cheryl was a God wink without a doubt. She gave me an opportunity of a lifetime by mentoring me and I will never take that for granted. Cheryl has over 20 years of experience in the business and she has poured all of her knowledge into me over the past year and has given me a great foundation to continue to build on. I have also dedicated a lot of time into learning facial and skin anatomy in addition to taking classes and getting hands of training. I am certified by the National Skin institute in Dallas in both Neuromodulators and Fillers. I continue to seek educational opportunities and training as I feel it is crucial to stay up to date in aesthetics for the client's safety and for the best results. My mission is to boost confidence and reveal the inner beauty of my clients.
